For years Gary has practiced his technical and classical photography skills trying to development the sharpest images possible.
Some years back Gary jointed a group of local Photographers and Digital Artist group called CODA which stands for, "Community of Digital Artists."
Over the last few years Gary learned to think outside the box and started experimenting with the advantages of the digital dark room with Photoshop and other software using the computer. He came up with a technique that actually removes detail to manipulate color values along with making drawing overlays and other changes to make this unique watercolor look.
Because of this approach to fine art quality while printing on fine art papers, Gary started selling more of these unique watercolor-type images. His standard photo images sold at galleries and art shows, and everyone kept asking, "What do you call these images?"
Gary said, "I call them PhotoColors," and continues to develop and refine this fine art technique today.
